Who is responsible

Autocomplex RS EOOD. Workshop: 130 Europe Boulevard, Sofia. Privacy questions and requests: autocomplexrs@gmail.com, +359 889 618 913.

Information we use

An enquiry provides your name, email, mobile number and information about your vehicle and problem. An appointment request also provides the selected date. Required fields are marked on the forms; without them we cannot accept the request online. You can also contact us by phone. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information in the description.

Purposes and lawful bases

We use the information to respond, clarify the service and arrange the visit: steps requested before entering a contract and performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For correspondence with a business representative and website protection, we rely on our legitimate interests in communicating with customers and maintaining a secure service (Article 6(1)(f)). Where required by law, we process relevant documents to meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Optional preference storage requires consent. Submitting a form is not consent to advertising.

Who can access it

Authorised workshop staff handle requests. Appointment requests are stored in the website system; enquiries and notifications are sent to the workshop mailbox. SuperHosting.BG provides hosting and handles data stored there. Notifications are sent through the domain mail service to Gmail (Google). We do not sell the information or use form submissions for advertising lists.

Service providers

Providers process information under their applicable terms and safeguards. Google uses servers in various countries, including outside the EEA. Its privacy policy and legal frameworks explain processing and international transfers. You may request further information about our providers and applicable safeguards at our privacy email address.

Retention

Enquiries and appointment requests are kept only as long as needed to respond, arrange and provide the requested service, and handle related follow-up correspondence. We review the information periodically and delete it when it is no longer needed. Documents subject to legal retention obligations, or information needed for a specific legal dispute, are handled separately for the applicable period. Technical logs are limited to what is needed for security and troubleshooting. Backups serve recovery and have a separate replacement cycle; they are not used for routine correspondence.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw preference consent through Cookie settings without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. For other requests, email autocomplexrs@gmail.com. We may request sufficient information to verify your identity. You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
